• Delivery Address: Including your Village, Block, District, and State, to route and deliver your ordered agricultural products (seeds, fertilisers, tools, etc.) correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following core purposes:

• To authenticate user sessions via secure OTP codes.
• To process, verify, and complete purchase orders.
• To manage delivery logistics for seeds, tools, and fertilizers to your village.
• To sync real-time order tracking statuses between the customer app and the admin portal.

3. Data Storage and Protection

Your profile, orders, and authentication tokens are stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. We implement strict access control rules (Firebase Security Rules) to ensure only authorized administrators can view transaction details, and customers can only access their own order histories.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with any third-party marketing services. Your details are strictly used to fulfill your purchase orders and provide localized support.
