Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Kishan Krishi Kendra mobile application (the "Service") operated by Kishan Krishi Kendra ("us", "we", or "our").
By creating an account, you agree to provide an active, valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for safeguarding the OTP code sent to your phone and agree not to share it. We verify accounts dynamically using Firebase Phone Authentication to ensure order security.
Our application allows farmers to order agricultural supplies (including fertilizers, seeds, and tools). By placing an order, you agree to buy the items at the listed prices. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if items are out of stock, or if delivery to your block or village is not possible due to logistical restrictions.
All prices listed on the application are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment methods are supported as configured during checkout. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but pricing errors may be corrected before order fulfillment.
Kishan Krishi Kendra shall not be liable for crop loss, weather events, or seed germination issues resulting from general crop growth cycles. Farmers are advised to follow the recommended guidelines and usage instructions displayed on product descriptions.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
